DUI Charges Reduced

Client from Liberty Lake, WA arrested on charges of Driving Under the Influence with a blood alcohol test resulting in .16.  Charges were reduced to Reckless Endangerment (non-driving misdemeanor). This was a substantial reduction that may allow client (who has substantial business dealings in Canada) to continue to enter Canada.  

DUI Charges Reduced

Client from Spokane, WA arrested on charges of Driving Under the Influence with a Blood Alcohol Test resulting in .13.  Client was also involved in a roll over collision that killed a dog during the incident.  After working for 15 months in negotiations charges were reduced to Reckless Driving.

DOL Admin Hearing: License Not Suspended

Client from Spokane, WA hired firm to handle DOL suspension hearing after using public defender for DUI.  Client won the Administrative Hearing and driver’s license was not suspended.

Felony, 2nd Degree Assault: All Charges Dropped

Client from Seattle, WA arrested original incident occurred in Pullman WA.  Client was charged with a Felony, 2nd Degree Assault.  Incident occurred at a bar where a fight ensued. All charges were dropped against client.

Class A Felony, 1st Degree Burglary: Charges Reduced

Client from Spokane, WA arrested on charges of 2 counts of 4th Degree Assault -Domestic Violence.  Incident involved a family dispute with No Contact Orders for two family members.  Both cases were dismissed outright.

Felony Marijuana Possession (Idaho): Charges Reduced

Client from Coeur D’ Alene ID arrested on charges of Felony- Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana (greater than 3 ounces) & Misdemeanor-Drug Paraphernalia (use or intent to use).  All charges reduced to Misdemeanor Possession with credit for time served and withheld judgement.

Client from Spokane, WA arrested on charges of Driving Under the Influence with a Blood Alcohol Test resulting in .10 and Minor in Possession of alcohol.  Charges reduced to Reckless Driving and Minor in Possession of Alcohol was dismissed.
